Hadna Space: A Little Story

Or commonly known as 'About Me' page...

My name is Nurrun M. Shiddieqy Hadna, but my friends call me Diky, or Diky Hadna for a snappy shortcut — also known as XARPN I'm your friendly Software Engineer, based right here in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, and have 13+ years of experience.

Started As a Java Developer

Ah, the good old days! My career kicked off with a stint as a Java Developer, and back then, I was knee-deep in the world of mobile apps and games. We're talking about the older phones here, like J2ME, and later, the Android and BlackBerry platforms.

This was way back in 2010-2013, a time when the modern mobile development frameworks we have today were still brewing in the background. Believe it or not, SOAP (Simple Objects Access Protocol) was all the rage for data transfer back then.

Doing the Artificial Intelligence

Flashback — my journey kicked off in the middle of 2013 while I was knee-deep in my Master's degree. Back then, my curiosity led me down the rabbit hole of Artificial Intelligence, with a sweet spot for Natural Language Processing (NLP).

I was on fire, building all sorts of cool stuff – text classification apps, chatbots, and even AI for categorizing products on a price comparison website. And guess what? I did most of it in Python, whether it was Python 2.7 or the shiny new Python 3.

Oh, and I wasn't just dabbling in Front-End stuff; I was also rocking the Back-End development world with these NLP engines. Multitasking, you know?

Building the Front-End apps

My journey into Front-End development all began with a simple question I asked myself: "If I create these NLP engines, how do I serve them up to users?" And just like that, I dove headfirst into the world of Front-End development, and I've been riding that wave for over four years now.

Now, unless the situation calls for something different, I'm a NextJS aficionado. I like to pair it up with all its cool sidekicks — TailwindCSS, MUI, Typescript, DaisyUI, and a bunch of others. It's a combo that's hard to beat!

Blockchain and The Future

You've probably heard it too – Web3 and blockchain development are all the rage these days. It feels like everyone and their cousin wants to jump on the Web3 bandwagon. But, let's be real, the road isn't all sunshine and rainbows.

Lucky for me, I've got a crew of Web3 veterans in my corner. Developers, marketing whizzes, PR maestros — you name it. They've made my journey into blockchain development a heck of a lot smoother.

So, here I am, knee-deep in blockchain projects — NFTs, marketplaces, you name it. Whether it's tinkering with smart contracts, jazzing up the front-end, or diving into other project bits, I'm loving every minute of it.

If you want to dig deeper into some of the blockchain magic I've conjured up, check out XARPN. It's where the real fun happens!

Here's a fun little nugget: those cool cats I mentioned earlier? We've formed a nifty Web3 team. Together, we've tackled a bunch of blockchain projects – everything from the nitty-gritty development to the glitzy marketing and PR stuff.

So, if you're knee-deep in a Web3 or blockchain project and you're feeling like you could use an extra hand or two, just shoot me an email. We're here to help make your blockchain dreams come true.

Working Remotely

Working remotely? Been there, done that! I hopped on the digital nomad train back in 2017. My first remote gig was with a Netherlands-based startup. They needed some chatbots, and I was their go-to person. Fast forward to today, and I've had the pleasure of meeting and collaborating with folks from all corners of the globe. From the US to Canada, Germany, Ukraine, Poland, Ireland, Australia, Singapore, France, Turkey, and many more. The world's my oyster, and my virtual workspace knows no borders!

I'm also proudly wearing the hat of a freelancing/remote work mentor in Remote Worker Indonesia. My gig is all about turning eager students into digital nomad maestros. Here's the thing — tons of folks in Indonesia dreamed about diving into the digital nomad game, but they're not quite sure how to take the plunge. That's where I come in, helping them navigate the digital nomad universe and set sail on their work-from-anywhere adventure!

Wrapping Up

Well, just to throw it out there, I've got quite a range of services under my belt. I've done a lot of things. So, if you're looking for a versatile pro who's got a little something for everyone, you're in the right place!

Until next time!
